He was born on November 3, 1952 to Clara and Leo Biggie. He was the first born of nine children. Michael grew up working alongside his father and brothers as a brick mason and stone mason. Michael then went on to have a business of his own as a handyman, although he was known as more than a handyman due to his ability to fix, repair or build anything that was asked of him.  Michael was also a strong man of faith and  a dedicated member of The Stone NC church. He lived a life of servitude both inside and outside of the church. He was always one phone call away no matter the time. Michael was a family man and took his role as a father, father-in-law and grandfather seriously. He was always there for his family in anyway they needed, whether it was a shoulder to lean on, a teacher, or a play date. \n\nMichael was proceeded in death by his mother, Clara Biggie and brother Tony Biggie. \n\nMichael leaves behind daughter Ashley Biggie-Rodriguez, son-in-law Pedro Rodriguez, granddaughters Paula, Layla and Lily Rodriguez. Father Leo Biggie, Brother Robin Biggie. Brother Dale Biggie. Brother Craig Biggie and wife Tina.  Brother Guy Biggie and wife Georgia, (children Guy “Scooter” Biggie, and Autumn). Sister Victoria Biggie with sons, Jeramy Biggie (wife Natalie, children: Jameson and Evangeline), and David Bowden (son: Jacob) and daughter Kristy Sammartino (husband: Tony and children: Mariah, Benjamin, Sarah, Ethan). Sister Reba Adams and husband Fred Adams with children Michael and Melissa Barnette. Sister Brigette Biggie (children: Abigail (husband Jason), Samuel, Tabitha (Emmanuel), Rebekah (husband Brandon). Nephew “Little” Tony Biggie. He also leaves behind the many friends that felt more like family.  \n\nA celebration of life will be held on May 3rd at Encounter Church at 11am. She lived the majority of her life (ages 5 to 81) in Lafayette, Louisiana, where she worked side-by-side with Scotty Hall, her husband of almost 60 years, in the three businesses they created together. Former customers of Thrifty Way Pharmacy, Scotty Hall Hearing Aids, and the Uniform Shop surely remember Jill's beautiful smile and cheerful personality. Friends and relatives treasured her unassuming manner, optimism, and kind-heartedness. Everyone who took the time to really know Jill Hall is richer for it. \n\nShe was predeceased by her brother in 1963, her dear son Danny in 1995, her father in 1999, mother in 2004, and her husband Scotty in 2019. She is survived by her two daughters, Fay Lynn Cavalier of New Iberia, LA and Jena Costello of Cary, NC, as well as six grown grandchildren. Jill laughed as easily at 85 as she did when she was a teenager. She will be dearly missed by those who were fortunate enough to know and love her. \n\nThe family will appreciate any stories or fond memories you may choose to share. According to Jill’s wishes, there will be no funeral. Her cremains will be buried with Scotty’s, together in Danny’s grave at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. \n\nTo honor Jill’s memory, you might choose to give a monetary gift to someone in need, as she was known to do. Whether fixing a leaky\nfaucet, framing a house, or just lightening the mood, he brought quiet strength, a willing\nspirit, and a sense of humor that made any space feel lighter. He lived with humility,\ncare, and a deep love for his family, friends, and the people he served through his work.\n\nA trusted builder and carpenter across Wake, Granville, and Franklin Counties, Mike\nwas known for putting his personal touch into every job and took great pride in his work.\nHis clients knew they were in good hands from day one, more often than not, they\nbecame friends before the job was done.\n\nMike never met a stranger, as he had a way of connecting with everyone he\nencountered, usually through a well-timed story, a laugh. Whether it was a neighbor, a\nclient, or someone behind him in line at the hardware store, Mike found common ground\nand left people better than he found them.\n\nMike was preceded in death by his father, James David Robbins Sr., his older brother,\nJames “Jim” David Robbins Jr., and his brother-in-law, Brian Wilkinson, who have no\ndoubt welcomed him with open arms.\n\nHe is survived by his loving wife, Judy Wilkinson Robbins, who stood by his side\nthrough every project and every phase of life. He also leaves behind three sons:\nMichael (Christina), Joshua (Kaitlyn), and Ethan, each carrying on his legacy of hard\nwork, humor, and generosity. Cleo was the youngest/last of eleven children born to the late Joe Bertie Carter and Rosa Gay Carter.\n\nCleo was a fiercely independent woman with great strength, immeasurable patience, and strong values. She grew up on the family farm in Wake County with her siblings and worked hard. She was a strong role model for her family, teaching each to be self-reliant and independent.\n\nFollowing the birth of her first grandchild, Cleo retired from her job at Square D to assume another role...to care for and spend time with her grandchildren, and later her great grandchildren. Affectionately being called “Granny Bunn” was one of her proudest and her most cherished roles. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, immensely....with all her heart and was in attendance at every performance, event, and milestone throughout their lives.\n\nCleo enjoyed cooking and gathering with family for holidays, birthdays, special occasions, or just any time to share a good meal, delicious desserts, and fellowship together.\n\nEven at the age of 94 as her health began to limit her mobility, her mind was keen. Cleo was sharp with her computer skills and enjoyed exploring new recipes, watching cooking videos, keeping in touch with friends and family via email, and staying current with the latest news. During his free time, Alfredo found enjoyment in playing the Saxiphone and was an avid lover of jazz. There was nothing cooler than Alfredo in his hat, playing the sax! \nIt is rare that someone in this world has the same caring, kind, and understanding nature that Alfredo carried. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Bob's quiet strength and unwavering dedication to his family and career left a lasting impact on all who knew him.\n\nBorn on February 22, 1948, in Monongahela, PA, Bob was raised in Finleyville, PA, amidst a large extended family. He was the beloved son of the late Lillian King Kubis and the late John Kubis. A proud Yinzer and dedicated Steelers fan, Bob kept his Pittsburgh roots close to his heart throughout his life.\n\nBob earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University, where he was an active member of the Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity. He was also a member of the Nu Theta Kappa Engineering Honor Society. He later obtained a Master's in Business Administration from Canisius College in 1976. After college, Bob worked for Bell Aerospace in Buffalo, NY, where he tested rocket engines. He later joined Talon, Inc. in Meadville, PA, where he met and married his wife, Linda.\n\nIn 1981, Bob relocated to North Carolina to begin what would become a remarkable 39-year career at Gilbarco Veeder Root, working in various roles including Quality Control, Sales, and Marketing. During his time there, Bob was honored with the prestigious Gilbarco Wingman Award, a testament to his integrity and leadership.\n\nDespite the challenges posed by ALS, Bob never wavered in his commitment to those he loved. His greatest joy came from spending time with his family. He shared 46 wonderful years of marriage with Linda M. Kubis. Together, they built a beautiful life, filled with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories. Their two children, Brian E. Kubis (Michelle) and Kristen M. Kubis, were the pride and joy of his life, and he poured his heart into being a dedicated and loving father. As a grandfather, Bob's heart grew even bigger. Tonia spent her early years in Tennessee and Chicago before returning to North Carolina at the age of 13, where she continued to create lasting memories with her family.\n \nAfter graduating from Friendship Christian School, Tonia began her career at Golden Corral, where her outgoing nature and warm spirit made her a beloved waitress. She later found her true calling at NCJUA / NCIUA in 2001, where she worked her way up to Senior Underwriter and contributed to the Information Technology team. Tonia was not only respected by her colleagues but was also deeply loved by her team, who became like family to her.\n \nTonia was a devoted mother, wife, sister, daughter, aunt, friend, and beloved Mimi. She loved fiercely and unconditionally, known for her humor and her refreshing honesty. Tonia's greatest joy came from her family; she was a steadfast caregiver to her mother in her final days and was a constant support to her father. Even during her own struggles with illness, Tonia prioritized the well-being of her loved ones.\n \nHer children were her pride and joy, and she embraced her role as their confidant, therapist, personal expert on everything, and friend. The arrival of her grandchildren brought her immeasurable happiness, and she was known for her generosity, always having \"McDonald's money\" at the ready. Tonia found true fulfillment in her marriage to Kelly, often expressing that her life was complete with him by her side.\n \nThroughout her battle with cancer, Tonia exhibited remarkable bravery, dignity, and grace. Her unwavering faith in her Lord and Savior provided her with strength and comfort, and she faced her journey with the knowledge that a beautiful home awaited her beyond this life.\n \nTonia is preceded in death by her beloved niece, Deborah Sue Varney,  her mother, Nina Searcy Moore, who shares the same date of passing and her father  Edwin G.
