He was born in Wayland, Massachusetts on July 30,1951 to the late Patricia Jeanne Murray and Howard Schofield. Survived by Stepfather John Murray who help raise him and brother Craig Schofield sister Jacqueline MacLeod. Weston is survived by his cherished siblings, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. \n\nAfter bravely serving his country, Weston embarked on a successful journey as an entrepreneur, owning and managing a thriving trucking company that showcased his dedication and work ethic. Beyond his professional achievements, he found solace and joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as riding his motorcycle, casting a line while fishing, and engaging in friendly games of pool. A man of integrity and resilience, Weston touched the lives of many with his kind heart, warm smile, and willingness to lend a helping hand. \n\nIn honoring Weston’s memory, let us remember the sacrifices he made, the lives he touched, and the enduring spirit that defined his journey. A lover or animals, she raised many stray and orphaned animals, but especially cats.  She was a devout Christian and had a strong faith in GOD, and certainly is resting comfortably now with her family and pets a many!  “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.”  She is survived by her Son, Page High of Raleigh, NC, Daughter, Robin High, of Tarboro, NC, and her Cousin Scotty McLamb Powell and her husband Larry Powell.  She is preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Damico.  I will see you again one day mama!  I love You! He was awarded a Welsh Fellowship and earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Texas A&M in Commerce, Texas in 1979.\n\nJohn had a successful career spanning over 40 years as a semiconductor engineer and engineering manager, working for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. John was a great inventor and always thought of ways to solve everyday and global problems. Tommie was born in Kinston, NC on November 20, 1942. He grew up in Saratoga, NC and graduated from NC State University. He worked as an engineer for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Corp in Hartford, Connecticut for four years, and while working there he received a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He then moved back to his home state where he worked as a manager for the National Computer Center of the Environmental Protection Agency in RTP until his retirement.\n\nTommie was a private pilot and loved all things related to aircraft. He was the president of the local Experimental Aircraft Association for many years, and built his own airplane from a kit. He and his wife enjoyed traveling in their motorhome to air shows in Florida and Wisconsin, as well as taking extended trips all over the country. Tommie could build and repair almost anything, and he and his wife together built their second home on Kerr Lake.\n\nHe is survived by his wife of 48 years, Ann Bennett Rogers; son Bennett Rogers and wife Sally of Boston, MA and Stowe, VT; son Alan Rogers and wife Yuka, with grandsons Kent, Julian, and Griffin of Tokyo, Japan; and furbaby-rescues Bentley and Sophie.  He was predeceased by his parents, Loy and Christine Rogers, sister Dianne Rogers Gay, and many much-loved Boston terriers. He is also survived by brother-in-law Harvey Gay, niece Heather Meier (husband Eric), nephew Aaron Gay (wife Rebecca), and their children.\n\nA celebration of life will be held at a later date. He transitioned peacefully on July 24 th surrounded by family. John was born April 15 th , 1949, in Worcester Massachusetts. He was predeceased by his parents Clarence (Larry) Hebert, and his mother Pauline Hebert. He is survived by his sisters Elaine Bruso and Janice Macgillivray, both of Massachusetts. John leaves behind three children, Richard Norton of Windham, Maine, Jennifer Reynolds of Zebulon, North Carolina, and Shelby Hebert of Springhill, Florida. He is also survived by his long-time companion Cynthia Bulkley of Rolesville, North\nCarolina. John had six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.\n\nJohn enlisted in the Navy at an early age. After his honorable discharge he went on to become a successful entrepreneur and businessman. His superpower was how he could repair just about anything. During his long career as a plumber, with his business Hebert Plumbing and Backflow, he improved the lives of countless customers in Raleigh and surrounding communities, and at one time was known as the “Hot water Heater King.”\n\nFew things made him happier than tinkering and fixing things. In his 74-year journey he lived a life of adventure and hard work. He enjoyed scuba diving, boating, flying his plane, and in recent years driving his Corvette. He also loved his faithful Boston Terrier, Oscar who he took for walks around his neighborhood. Rhumell is survived by her daughter, Terri Hepler(Tom) of Raleigh; sons Mike Ross(Cindy) of Charlotte, and Steve Ross of Wilmington; grandchildren Jason Hepler, Josh Hepler, Travis Hepler, Amanda Rametta, Justin Ross, Hayden Ross and four great granddaughters. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Ross; grandson, Christopher Ross; and brother, Rosser Campbell.\n\nRhumell grew up in Sanford, NC, where she met her husband, Marvin, on a blind date playing bridge. They were married in 1952 and moved to Raleigh, where she stayed busy raising their three children. Rhumell was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved playing golf and bridge at North Ridge Country Club. She and Marvin loved to take golf trips with their dear friends. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy.
