She was born on June 24, 1985, in Springfield, Massachusetts. LeeLee, as she preferred to be called, was a vibrant and fearless individual who touched the lives of many.\n\nIn her career, LeeLee worked in the food service and warehouse industries, where she brought her unique energy. Outside of work, she had a wide range of interests and hobbies. She loved music, singing, and dancing, and enjoyed spending time with her children, whom she cherished. LeeLee also found joy in swimming and making lasting memories with her friends and family. Known for her strong personality, she always spoke her truth and had a knack for getting the last word.\n\nLeeLee was a fighter with a generous spirit. She was crazy, funny, and outgoing, always bringing laughter and joy to those around her. Her genuine and caring nature endeared her to many, and she will be deeply missed.\n\nLeeLee is survived by her beloved children, Amia Miles and Lance Jaquice Miles. She is also survived by her mother, Maria Groves, her father, Timothy Groves, her brother, Jaysen Groves, and his wife, Sarah Groves, as well as her sisters, Natasha Milsap and Maria Miles. LeeLee will be remembered by her nieces, Tamyah Stevenson, Destiny Dendy, LaTasha Brailey, nephews Jorell Russell, Charles Kinloch IV, Eli Groves, and her aunt and uncle, Carmen and Louis Cuffee, along with numerous cousins, extended family, and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Maria Cuffee, her niece, Chelsea JaNae Kinloch, and her aunts and uncle, Gina Miles, Cheryl and Al Worthy.\n\nThroughout her life, LeeLee attended many churches and had a strong belief in the Lord Jesus Christ. She found solace and strength in her faith.\n\nA private funeral service to honor LeeLee's life will be held City of Oaks Cremation in Raleigh, North Carolina. The compassionate staff at City of Oaks Cremation will be assisting with the arrangements. He is survived by his devoted and loving mother, Mona Pendergrass Jenkins (Roy), his older sister,  Robin Thompson and older brother, Walter Pendergrass, III (Phyllis); Niece’s Jenna Rae Overton (Jake), Jessica Thompson, and nephew, Michael Pendergrass (Melanie); Great niece’s and nephew’s, Magnolia & Whitlee Overton, Garrett Thompson, Max & Kate Pendergrass; along with multiple aunts, uncles and cousins. \n\nTim spent many years in the construction industry where he was a superintendent over residential construction and worked in the Granite Industry cutting and installing granite countertops and tile into residential homes. He loved being outside and working with his hands. \n\nTim loved many things but sports, music, family and friends were among his favorite. Tim was an avid musician and was great at not only the drums and guitar but could sing with the best of them. He played in many bands over the years. Wade was 48. \n\nWade was born on February 24, 1975 in  Ontario, Canada to parents Dave and Mary Gowers. He spent his childhood and attended university in Ontario as well, eventually making his way to North Carolina. Wade worked as a professional land surveyor and with business partners founded a land consultant company, developing it into a thriving business serving the Triangle area. He was a beloved boss due to his unrivaled work ethic and dedication to the company and his employees who also became his friends. He was a lifelong hockey player and enthusiast and could often be found cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes unless they were playing his beloved Detroit Redwings. Wade always had natural athletic ability and loved to play a variety of sports but golf was by far his favorite pastime. A few rounds at the golf course with friends and family was his idea of the perfect weekend. Wade also enjoyed traveling with his family, particularly to tropical and coastal locations, spending time on the beach was his happy place. Mac the English cream retriever became a new furry family member almost two years ago and Mac brought much love and fun to the household along with lots and lots of fur. Wade was comforted with many snuggles from his furry baby who always seemed to sense when some extra love was in order.\n\nWade Gowers is survived by his loving wife, Kelly Linton Gowers; son, Logan Gowers; stepson, Brayden Elliott; parents, Dave and Mary Gowers; and brother, Shawn Gowers. \n\nA Celebration of Life will be held in his honor, details will be shared in the coming months.
