Denyce was born in Maple Heights, OH and was the beloved wife of Neal Sugarman for 30 years, loving mother of Lauren Sugarman (27) and Ryan Sugarman (25), daughter of the late Edward and Mary Bober, the dear sister of Carol Reese (Matt), brother Mark Bober (Diane), brother in-law Joel Sugarman (Debbie), brother in-law Eliot Sugarman, godmother to her niece Sheri Pajeska and nephew David Pajeska, and great aunt to Aliyah and Scarlette Pajeska. Denyce was blessed with additional nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.\n\nDenyce will be remembered for a lot of wonderful things. But her most beloved attributes were her kindness, compassion and being an amazing Mom. \n\nDenyce obtained her BA in Business Administration from Hiram College in Hiram, OH in 1983. Denyce worked at Hiram College for 6 years as the Director of the Student Activity Center where she was loved by everyone at the College. She then spent a majority of her career in sales in the bottled water industry. She was instrumental in helping major bottlers such as Dasani, Aquafina and Perrier launch their bottled water businesses.\n\nWhat Denyce loved most was being a mom and being with her family. She was so involved with her children’s upbringing, helping in the classroom and active participation in many other school and after-school programs. She spent countless hours reading, playing and teaching Lauren and Ryan to be great and kind people. And she displayed that same love and affection to all their friends, schoolmates and teammates as well.\n\nShe was always concerned about the comfort of others and made everyone she touched a better person. Her kindness, sense of humor and love was infectious and felt by everyone she met. She bravely battled Multiple System Atrophy for 6 years. He was a man of many jokes who loved to laugh, and his family has been hard-pressed to find a single photo of Jack that approaches anything akin to a serious face. With his kind heart, friendly looks, and an innate gift of gab, Jack made new friends everywhere he went. Jack was a craft beer lover and the seventh person to receive a plate on the wall at the Flying Saucer in Raleigh when it first opened. Jack went on to sample hundreds of craft brews alongside his friends at the Saucer, retiring his crown at thirty plates when his health began to slip. \n\nIn his younger days, Jack was a dedicated volunteer and wish granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, a cause close to his heart.
